Focus on the Good – You Can do it!

Today, I am sharing a video with you. I thought it would be a good idea to talk about how to focus on the positive and how to be grateful when things are not going so well. It is in those difficult times that we especially must find gratitude and focus on the good.

    Thanks for this post. You’re absolutely correct that it’s not easy to be focus and keep going but we really have no choice especially to fight for our love ones.
    You article came at the right time because I have always be strong, military, athletes, and pursuing my dream of becoming a medical doctor, I thought nothing can ever steal my joy until couple of months when everything went down the drain like watching the World Trade Center collapsed in 9/11. I thought I was dreaming that I didn’t want to go back to sleep but unfortunately is real. Everything stopped, my tunnel was so dark that there is no moment. I was seating at home telling myself that the educational system got it all wrong because as a doctor, we read books on how to counsel people going through dark times, but the truth is that if you haven’t experience one yourself, you have no idea how hard it’s to keep moving, which I will say, if you haven’t go through dark time, you’re not qualified to advice people.
    So thanks for having the courage to use what you went through to help others see the light.

      Doctors have such a stressful job and it is easily forgotten that they too need help to get through dark times. It took me a while to get through my dark tunnel too, but sometimes things happen for a reason, and now I am glad that I can use what I experienced to help other people.   2. This is really good to see. Honestly, it is one of the most difficult things to do is to focus on the positive. Surely. Having a lot of issues or being in a difficult situation can really take the hell out of us but honestly, a lot more can be done to replicate for the better. This is definitely awesome to see.
